A smaller center designed around long stays and concentrated work. Alongside the usual shared floors and private offices, it runs a retreat and offsite programme for teams travelling from Seoul, Tokyo, Hong Kong, and further, and offers long-stay memberships for founders who want a stretch of uninterrupted time. It is the calmest building in the network, deliberately.
